1. Appointments & Consultations

All clients are required to complete a consultation form before treatment.

Please ensure all medical information, medications, allergies, and skin conditions are disclosed honestly and accurately. Failure to do so may affect treatment results and safety.

Emma Davies London reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.

2. Patch Testing

Certain treatments require a patch test before appointment approval, including but not limited to:

• Lash lifts

• Brow tinting or lamination

• Chemical peels

Patch testing requirements will be advised during booking.

3. Treatment Results

Results vary from person to person depending on skin condition, lifestyle, medical history, homecare, and treatment consistency.

No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.

4. Medical Advice

Treatments and recommendations provided by Emma Davies London are not intended to replace medical advice from a GP, dermatologist, or healthcare professional.

Clients with medical concerns should seek professional medical guidance where necessary.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will result in loss of deposit. Deposits cannot be transferred for appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

6. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or appointment cancellation if there is insufficient time to safely complete the treatment.

7. Deposits & Payments

Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is due at the time of treatment.

8. Contraindications & Safety

Emma Davies London reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments where contraindications, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, medical conditions, or other concerns may affect treatment safety.

Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided.

Emma Davies London is not responsible for adverse reactions where aftercare instructions have not been followed.

9. Subscriptions & Packages

Treatment courses or packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

Expiry dates apply to treatment packages or memberships, and cannot be used outside of this period unless discussed otherwise.

10. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

12. Liability

Emma Davies London will not be held liable for:

• Allergic reactions where undisclosed information was withheld
